Allows the Texas Juvenile Justice Department to disclose information, including personally identifiable information, about individuals who were previously committed to the department

Disclosure is permitted only when the individual has been discharged from department commitment, is at least 18 years of age, and has given consent for the disclosure

Restricts the department from disclosing any information beyond what the person specifically consented to or for purposes other than those the person approved

Amends Section 244.003 of the Human Resources Code by adding a new subsection governing these disclosure provisions

Takes effect September 1, 2025
