Grants statutory county courts the authority to expunge arrest records and files, expanding the list of courts that can order expunctions beyond district courts, justice courts, and municipal courts of record

Limits statutory county courts to expunging only records related to offenses within their jurisdiction, preventing them from handling expunctions for cases outside their authority

Allows individuals to file ex parte petitions for expunction directly in statutory county courts (in addition to district courts) when the arrest was for an offense under that court's jurisdiction

Establishes that statutory county courts have concurrent jurisdiction with district courts over expunction proceedings for offenses within their jurisdictional authority

Requires a $100 filing fee for expunction petitions filed in statutory county courts, the same fee already applicable to justice courts and municipal courts of record

Applies to expunction of arrest records for criminal offenses occurring before, on, or after the effective date of September 1, 2025
