Allows county governmental bodies to post meeting notices either on a bulletin board in the county courthouse or on an electronic display, providing an alternative to traditional physical posting

Expands Internet posting requirements for meeting notices and agendas to apply to all governmental bodies and entities subject to the open meetings law that maintain a website, removing the previous limitation to only specific entity types (municipalities, counties, school districts, etc.)

Requires meeting notices and agendas to be posted on the home page or landing page of the governmental body's website, rather than just somewhere on the website

Protects governmental bodies from invalidity of posted notices when technical problems beyond their control prevent compliance, as long as a good faith effort was made

Takes effect September 1, 2025, and applies only to notices required to be posted on or after that date
