Expands the requirement for courts to make an affirmative finding of family violence from offenses under Title 5 of the Penal Code (offenses against the person) to any offense under any provision of the Penal Code

Requires defendants granted community supervision for any offense involving family violence to pay a $100 fine to a local family violence center, removing the previous limitation to Title 5 offenses only

Creates a presumption that family violence has occurred for protective order purposes when a respondent has been convicted of any offense with an affirmative family violence finding (not just Title 5 offenses) and their parental rights have been terminated

Applies only to offenses committed on or after September 1, 2025, with prior offenses governed by existing law
