Requires the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to develop and maintain a database containing current information on school district bonds, taxes, and bond-related projects

Database must include for each bond: ballot proposition language, projected interest and sinking fund tax rates, election results, list of projects to be funded, accounting of bond proceeds usage, and any tax rate increases from issued bonds

Database must track maintenance tax information including each district's proposed or approved tax rate and ballot proposition language

School districts are required to provide TEA with bond, tax, and election information, as well as any other data requested to maintain the database

Database must include report generation capabilities disaggregated by geographic area and a function allowing users to propose updates or corrections to the information
