Exempts landlords from providing floodplain notices to tenants under leases with terms of less than 30 days

Exempts temporary residential tenancies created by sales contracts where buyers occupy before closing or sellers occupy after closing for 90 days or less from floodplain notice requirements

Requires floodplain notices to be included in the lease itself, as a lease addendum, or as a separate written document provided at or before lease execution

Mandates that both landlord and tenant sign the document containing the floodplain notice to confirm the notice was provided and received

Applies only to lease agreements entered into or renewed on or after September 1, 2025
