Establishes the Energy Efficient Schools Program to promote electric buses, charging stations, and solar panels for school districts and open-enrollment charter schools through grants, partnerships, and loans

Expands the state energy office's revolving loan program to include open-enrollment charter schools for energy efficiency purposes

Eligible projects include acquisition of electric buses and charging stations, solar panels for school campuses, and electricity storage projects to provide power during peak usage periods

Designates the state energy conservation office to administer the Clean School Bus Program and other energy conservation programs under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act

Takes effect September 1, 2025
