Requires the Texas Secretary of State to conduct monthly comparisons of the statewide voter registration list against citizenship status information from multiple databases

Databases to be checked include birth certificate records from state/local agencies, the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration's Help America Vote Verification (HAVV) system, and any other accessible citizenship databases

Expands existing voter registration verification procedures to include these additional database checks as triggers for citizenship verification notices

Voters flagged through these database comparisons must submit proof of U.S. citizenship (certified birth certificate, U.S. passport, certificate of naturalization, or other approved form) to the voter registrar

Takes effect September 1, 2025
