Secretary of State must prescribe instructions for the official early voting ballot application form to be printed on a single 8.5 x 11 inch piece of paper in portrait orientation

Instructions must use Calibri or Aptos font in at least 12-point size, or the largest size that fits on one page

Bold print must be used where necessary to connect instructions to specific items on the application

Instructions must be provided in multiple languages appropriate to the state's demographic composition, following the same formatting requirements
