Removes the prohibition on selling wine or vinous liquor containing more than 17% alcohol by volume on Sundays or after 10 p.m. for wine only package store permit holders

Eliminates the Sunday sales ban for liquor and removes the 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekday restriction, instead aligning liquor sales hours with malt beverage sales hours under Section 105.05

Allows wholesaler permit holders to sell and deliver liquor to retailers on Sundays, with Christmas Day remaining the only restricted day

Permits local distributors to sell and deliver liquor to retailers during the same hours as malt beverages, removing the previous 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. restriction and Sunday prohibition

Takes effect September 1, 2025
