Requires toll project entities operating variable-priced toll lanes (managed lanes with prices that adjust to maintain free-flow speeds) to install and maintain dynamic message signs at each entrance point

Dynamic message signs must display the current toll cost from that entrance point to the final exit of the tolled lane

Signs must also show the current travel time in the tolled lane from the entrance point to the final exit

Signs must display the current travel time for adjacent non-tolled lanes covering the same distance, allowing drivers to compare options before entering

Toll projects have until January 1, 2026, to comply with the new signage requirements; the act takes effect September 1, 2025
