Requires the Health and Human Services Commission, in consultation with the Department of Information Resources, to develop and maintain a publicly accessible, mobile-friendly webpage on Texas.gov with pregnancy-related resources and information

Webpage must include resources for mental health counseling, prenatal/postpartum services, mentorship, healthcare (including abortion pill reversal), financial assistance, employment, housing, legal services, adoption, and foster care options

Must provide information on alternatives to abortion, abortion risks and complications, child development beginning at conception, family planning, Healthy Texas Women program, Thriving Texas Families program, and safe haven laws

Webpage must use a series of questions to provide tailored information to users, include a feedback mechanism, and offer a search tool to find resources by zip code and county

Authorizes (but does not require) the commission to develop a mobile application with the same resources, information, and functionality as the webpage; effective September 1, 2025
