Adds municipalities through which the Comal River flows to the list of eligible municipalities under Section 351.152 of the Tax Code

Eligible municipalities gain authority to use tax revenue derived from hotel and convention center projects for specified purposes under the subchapter

The bill adds this as the 65th category of qualifying municipalities, joining 64 other specifically defined municipality types based on population, geographic features, and other characteristics

Takes effect immediately if passed with two-thirds vote in both chambers; otherwise takes effect September 1, 2025
