Expands the Texas Attorney General's authority to bring civil asset forfeiture actions for contraband related to human trafficking (Chapter 20A), money laundering (Chapter 34), and prostitution/public indecency offenses (Chapter 43) under the Penal Code

Adds Chapter 43 (prostitution, promotion of prostitution, and related offenses) to the list of felonies for which property "used or intended to be used" in commission can be classified as contraband subject to forfeiture

Creates new categories of contraband for property used to "facilitate" felonies under Chapter 43 (public indecency offenses) and offenses under Chapter 20A (human trafficking)

Removes the previous standalone reference to Chapter 43 felonies from the "used in commission" category, instead consolidating prostitution-related offenses with human trafficking and money laundering offenses

Takes effect September 1, 2025, and applies only to offenses committed on or after that date
