Requires the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission to adopt minimum staffing standards for assisted living facilities that serve residents with Alzheimer's disease or related disorders

Mandates that facilities maintain an adequate ratio of direct care staff to residents based on scientific evidence

Staffing ratios must also consider the increased supervision needs of residents with Alzheimer's disease or related disorders

Directs the executive commissioner to adopt the necessary minimum standards as soon as practicable after the Act's effective date

Takes effect September 1, 2025
