Expands the definition of "intimate visual material" to include AI-generated or computer-modified deepfake images that depict a recognizable person through their face, likeness, or distinguishing characteristics like birthmarks

Creates civil liability for disclosing deepfake intimate images without consent and with intent to harm, allowing victims to sue for damages when the disclosure causes them harm

Establishes criminal liability under Texas Penal Code Section 21.16 for the same conduct involving AI-generated or digitally altered intimate visual material

Applies to material where a person's image was used to create, adapt, or modify the content using artificial intelligence applications or other computer software

Takes effect September 1, 2025, and applies only to offenses committed and causes of action accruing on or after that date
