Requires all local law enforcement agencies in Texas political subdivisions to request and enter into 287(g) agreements with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to authorize local officers to enforce federal immigration law

Mandates that agencies entering such agreements dedicate a minimum number of peace officers to assist in federal immigration enforcement

Requires law enforcement agencies to document all attempts to enter 287(g) agreements that do not result in an executed agreement, maintain that documentation indefinitely, and provide copies to the attorney general

Authorizes the attorney general to bring legal action in Travis County district court for injunctive relief against non-compliant agencies after providing 30 days written notice to cure the violation

Imposes denial of all state grant funds for the following fiscal year to any political subdivision whose law enforcement agency receives a final judicial determination of noncompliance, with the comptroller required to adopt implementing rules
