Full-time state agency employees, including those at institutions of higher education, would receive a $10,000 annual salary increase for each fiscal year of the 2026-2027 biennium

Part-time state employees would receive a prorated salary increase based on the ratio of their hours worked compared to full-time hours, multiplied by $10,000

Members of the legislature are excluded from receiving the pay raise

Members of boards, commissions, or governing bodies of state agencies who receive only per diem or expense reimbursement (rather than a salary) are excluded from the pay raise

Takes effect September 1, 2025
