Requires the Secretary of State to implement an online voter registration system allowing Texans with a valid state-issued driver's license or personal identification card to register to vote through an official state website

Electronic registration applicants must attest to the truthfulness of their information, consent to use of their driver's license/ID signature for voter registration, and provide their license audit number and issuance date for verification against Department of Public Safety records

Applications that do not match DPS records will be rejected, and the IP address of the device used to submit each online application will be recorded and included in the applicant's file

Repeals Subchapter B of Chapter 13 of the Election Code (Sections 13.031-13.048), which governs volunteer deputy registrars, effectively eliminating the volunteer deputy registrar program in Texas

Removes references to volunteer deputy registrars from provisions regarding application submission instructions and bonding requirements for election administrators' deputies, with an effective date of September 1, 2025
