Creates a new third-degree felony offense for knowingly disseminating personally identifiable information that connects a voter to their individual ballot selections, violating the constitutional right to a secret ballot

Provides an exception for election officials who disseminate such information while lawfully performing their official duties in compliance with other laws

Allows dissemination of voter-ballot connection information when done under court order or with the voter's permission

Permits courts to order consecutive sentences when a person convicted under this offense is also found guilty of additional offenses arising from the same criminal episode involving use of the illegally disseminated information

Takes effect September 1, 2025, and applies only to offenses committed on or after that date
