Automatically applies a single mail-in ballot application to both the main election and any resulting runoff election, eliminating the need for separate applications

Allows applicants to opt out of receiving a runoff election ballot by submitting a specific request when applying for the main election ballot

Provides that applications submitted too late for the main election will still be considered timely for a runoff election if received by the runoff's standard mail ballot deadline

Takes effect September 1, 2025
