Requires eviction-related service providers to give consumers clear written disclosures including: the right to obtain free legal aid, a detailed description of services offered, information on tenant rights and the importance of attending eviction hearings, and notice that similar services may be available for free through nonprofits

Mandates that advertisements and promotional materials clearly state the business is private and not affiliated with any government entity, legal aid society, or legal services program

Prohibits eviction-related service providers from instructing consumers not to attend civil proceedings or hearings related to their eviction case

Classifies violations as deceptive trade practices under the Business & Commerce Code, enforceable through existing public and private remedies, with an effective date of September 1, 2025
