TX HB2502

Requires all electronic voting system equipment to be equipped with software that tracks all input and activity on the equipment

Mandates the tracking software must be capable of creating a record of all tracked information

Prohibits the tracking software from being disabled on voting equipment

Applies only to elections ordered on or after September 1, 2025

Adds new Section 122.0332 to the Texas Election Code establishing these additional requirements for approval of electronic voting equipment
