Amends Section 18.061(c) of the Texas Election Code regarding procedures for maintaining the statewide voter registration list

Removes the requirement that procedures "provide for the electronic submission of the information" from voter registrars to the secretary of state

Retains the requirement that voter registrars collect and report the correct month, day, and year of birth for each registered voter

Maintains the requirement that voter registrars provide information to the secretary of state on an expedited basis under prescribed procedures

Takes effect September 1, 2025
