Expands eligibility for school bus replacement grants under Texas's clean school bus program by changing the qualifying model year from pre-2007 to pre-2011

Requires school buses proposed for replacement to be model year 2010 or earlier, updated from the previous requirement of 2006 or earlier

Maintains existing requirements that buses must be owned and operated by the applicant for at least two years, be in good operational condition, and be currently used on regular daily school routes

Requires replacement buses to be the current model year or one year prior at the time of grant application submission

Takes effect September 1, 2025
