Requires municipalities and counties to post public improvement district (PID) service plans on their official websites within 7 days of approval, amendment, or update, including the required Property Code notice form

Renames the "assessment roll" to "proposed assessment roll" and requires governing bodies to submit finalized assessment rolls to appraisal districts within 7 days of levying assessments

Assessment rolls submitted to appraisal districts must include the total assessment levied against each parcel, the annual assessment amount, and any periodic installment amounts in an electronic format compatible with property tax databases

Requires updated assessment rolls to be submitted to appraisal districts within 7 days whenever supplemental assessments, reassessments, or new assessments are made

Expands the property tax database to include PID information for each property, including the district name, total assessment, annual assessment, and any periodic installment amounts

Takes effect January 1, 2026
