Requires at least one board member be elected by property owners (other than the declarant) within 120 days after 50% of lots are conveyed to non-declarant owners

Requires at least one-third of board members be elected by non-declarant owners within 120 days after 75% of lots are conveyed

Reduces the timeline from 10 years to 5 years for requiring at least one-third of board members to be elected by non-declarant owners when the declaration does not specify the total number of lots

Excludes lots sold to builders who purchased from the declarant for the purpose of building and selling homes from the calculation of conveyed lots

Applies to all property owners' association declarations regardless of when they were created or amended, effective September 1, 2025
