Defines "no-knock entry" as a peace officer's entry into a building to execute a warrant without first announcing their authority or purpose

Restricts no-knock warrant issuance to magistrates who are licensed attorneys serving in the county where the warrant will be executed (or a contiguous county), with limited exceptions when such a magistrate cannot be located

Requires probable cause that the warrant subject committed a violent offense AND that any other type of entry would create unreasonable risk of death, serious bodily injury, or evidence destruction

Mandates that all peace officers participating in the initial entry must be in uniform or clearly identifiable as law enforcement

Requires law enforcement agencies to make good faith efforts to equip officers with body-worn cameras that must remain activated until 15 minutes after all persons are secured or until the officer leaves the premises

Takes effect September 1, 2025, and applies only to warrants issued on or after that date
