School district bond or debt issuance propositions must be submitted to voters only during the November uniform election date in even-numbered years

Prohibits school districts from holding bond elections on the May uniform election date, which is otherwise available for local elections under Section 41.0011 of the Election Code

Overrides any conflicting laws that would require school district bond propositions to be held on different dates, requiring election authorities to comply with the November even-year requirement

Applies only to elections ordered on or after September 1, 2025; elections ordered before that date follow previous law
