Adds the definition of "e-cigarette" to the existing subchapter governing cigarette and tobacco product advertising prohibitions

Distance is measured from the nearest property line of the church or school to the closest point on a street or highway near the sign

Grandfathers in signs that existed before September 1, 1997, if they were between 500 and 1,000 feet from a church or school

Takes effect September 1, 2025
