Applies only to counties with populations between 56,250 and 57,800 residents

Requires landowners outside municipal limits to prepare a subdivision plat if dividing a tract into two or more parts to park motor vehicles used as residences for rental or lease terms of at least 30 days

Authorizes commissioners courts in qualifying counties to establish additional minimum infrastructure standards for manufactured home rental communities in unincorporated areas

Permitted infrastructure standards are limited to reasonable lot/space size requirements, road width requirements based on density, and ingress/egress access requirements based on density

Standards apply only to manufactured home rental communities where construction begins on or after the adopted standards take effect; Act takes effect September 1, 2025
