Prohibits governmental entities, governing political parties, and designated foreign terrorist organizations from "designated countries" (those identified as national security threats by the U.S. Director of National Intelligence, state sponsors of terrorism, or subject to U.S. sanctions) from purchasing or acquiring title to real property in Texas

Bars individuals who are current or former (within 10 years) elected/appointed officials or employees of designated country governments, their close relatives (third degree by blood, second degree by marriage), and citizens of designated countries not lawfully present in the U.S. from acquiring Texas real property

Exempts U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, residence homestead property, foreign consulates/embassies recognized by the U.S. State Department, and leasehold interests from the restrictions

Authorizes the attorney general to bring enforcement actions in district court when violations create a risk to public health, safety, and welfare, with the secretary of state required to assist with interrogatories and records

Requires courts finding violations to divest the prohibited party's interest and appoint a receiver to manage and sell the property; applies only to acquisitions on or after September 1, 2025
