Requires the Department of State Health Services to submit a biennial report to the legislature and governor by December 1 of each even-numbered year containing vaccine preventable disease outbreaks and de-identified immunization exemption data

Mandates school districts provide immunization status information, including exemption data, to the Department of State Health Services for each district and individual campus

Requires the Department of State Health Services to publicly post annual immunization status reports for each school district and campus on its website

Grants parents or legal guardians the right to request campus-level immunization data, including vaccination rates by vaccine type, exemption numbers (conscience/religious and medical), provisionally enrolled students, and students with non-current vaccinations

Applies beginning with the 2025-2026 school year and takes effect immediately with two-thirds legislative vote or September 1, 2025
