Expands the I-27 Advisory Committee from 17 to 20 total members by adding representatives from 3 new jurisdictions

Adds Ector County and Schleicher County to the list of counties with representation on the committee, increasing county members from 10 to 12

Adds the city of Odessa to the list of municipalities with representation, increasing municipal members from 7 to 8

County representatives must be the county judge, an elected county official, or the county road department administrator designated by the county judge

Municipal representatives must be the mayor, city manager, or assistant city manager designated by the mayor

Takes effect September 1, 2025
