School districts may provide education and informational materials on menstrual disorders at grade levels and in courses the district deems appropriate

State Board of Education must adopt by rule a list of age-appropriate informational materials covering menstrual disorders and their symptoms

Required informational materials must address: timing, signs, and symptoms of endometriosis and other menstrual disorders; impact of menstrual health on physical/emotional well-being, social interactions, and academic performance; basic statistics; self-advocacy for health care; and treatment options with follow-up care recommendations

State Board of Education must make the adopted informational materials available to school districts upon request

Applies beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, with immediate effect if passed by two-thirds vote or September 1, 2025 otherwise
