Requires a presiding election judge who removes a poll watcher from a polling place to provide the watcher with a signed written statement explaining the reason for removal at the time of removal

Applies only to watchers who have already been officially accepted for service under existing poll watcher provisions

Directs the Texas Secretary of State to create a standardized form for the required signed removal statement

Amends Section 32.075 of the Texas Election Code by adding new subsections (i) and (j)

Takes effect September 1, 2025
