Amends Section 85.035 of the Texas Election Code to change how voters receive assistance at early voting polling places

Requires that voters who request assistance preparing their ballot during early voting in person be assisted according to the same procedures outlined in Subchapter B, Chapter 64 of the Election Code

Removes the previous provision that allowed a voter to be assisted by a single election officer, aligning early voting assistance procedures with general election day assistance rules

Takes effect September 1, 2025
