Requires prosecutors to notify crime victims of scheduled court proceedings at least 60 days before the proceeding date, when requested by the victim

If the court schedules a proceeding with less than 60 days' notice, prosecutors must notify the victim within 5 days of when the court sets the date

For emergency or expedited proceedings, prosecutors must notify victims as soon as practicable but no later than 24 hours after the court schedules the proceeding

Continues existing requirements that prosecutors notify victims of any changes to scheduled proceedings and filings requesting trial continuances

Applies only to proceedings scheduled on or after September 1, 2025
