Requires lease provisions that authorize landlords, managers, or agents to publish a tenant's or their dependent's name or likeness for commercial purposes to include an opt-out option for tenants

Limits any authorization for commercial use of tenant's name or likeness to the duration of the tenant's lease term only

Declares void any lease provision that violates these requirements regarding tenant name/likeness authorization

Allows tenants to recover damages equal to one month's rent, injunctive relief, and reasonable attorney's fees if landlords violate these protections

Applies to leases entered into or renewed on or after September 1, 2025
