Mandated disclosures include curriculum content, instructor qualifications and certifications, program completion rates, and assessment methods used to determine inmate participation

Requires publication of accommodations provided for inmates with disabilities and those whose primary language is not English

Mandates disclosure of independent evaluation results used by the board when deciding to require specific classes or programs

For programs provided by private vendors, requires publication of contract information and the vendor's history of providing the program at other correctional facilities

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice must also publish this same parole program information on its website
