Amends Section 37.0832 of the Texas Education Code to explicitly include antisemitism within the definition of "bullying" for school discipline policies

Defines antisemitism as conduct based on a certain perception of Jews that may be expressed as hatred, including rhetorical and physical acts directed toward Jewish or non-Jewish individuals, their property, or Jewish community institutions and religious facilities

References the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's "Working Definition of Antisemitism" adopted on May 26, 2016 as providing examples of antisemitic conduct

Applies beginning with the 2025-2026 school year

Takes effect immediately with two-thirds legislative approval, otherwise September 1, 2025
