Allows egg producers to sell up to 120 dozen ungraded eggs per week directly to consumers or at wholesale, provided the eggs come from their own flock and no grade is claimed

Requires ungraded egg cartons to display a legible label on the top panel containing: the word "ungraded," producer's name, producer's address, pack date, and license number if sold at wholesale

Mandates that producers obtain an "ungraded dealer-wholesaler" license from the Texas Department of Agriculture to sell ungraded eggs at wholesale

Requires wholesale sellers of ungraded eggs to maintain records and comply with sanitation requirements under existing Agriculture Code provisions

Takes effect immediately if passed by two-thirds vote of both chambers, otherwise September 1, 2025
