Requires permit applicants to place a physical sign at the facility site within 30 days after the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) determines their application is administratively complete

Sign must display that a permit application has been filed, applicant name and contact information, proposed site use, and how to contact the applicant for more information

Sign specifications require minimum dimensions of 18 inches by 28 inches, dark letters on white background, lettering at least 1.5 inches tall, and block capital letters

Applicants must also comply with existing public notice requirements under Water Code Chapters 26 and 27 and Health and Safety Code Chapter 361

Applies only to applications filed on or after the effective date of September 1, 2025
