Increases the daily credit rate for jail confinement and labor performed to discharge fines and costs from $100 to $150 per day for defendants unable to pay

Raises the credit for community service from $100 to $150 for every eight hours of service performed to satisfy fines or costs

Expands credit eligibility for misdemeanor fine-only offenses to include time spent confined while awaiting trial for another offense, not just time served for another sentence

Applies to defendants who perform confinement, labor, or community service on or after September 1, 2025, regardless of when the underlying offense occurred
