Removes the requirement for brewers, brewpubs, wholesalers, distributors, and package store local distributors to include the universal product code (UPC) of alcoholic beverages in their monthly sales reports to the comptroller

Maintains existing reporting requirements including identification information for both the reporting entity and retailers, monthly net sales data, number of units, container sizes, brand names, beverage types, and net selling prices

Reports must continue to be filed separately for each permit or license held by the 25th day of each month, covering the preceding calendar month's sales to retailers

Effective date is September 1, 2025
