Increases the funding multiplier for small school districts (fewer than 1,600 students) from 0.0004 to 0.00044 in the formula calculating their annual allotment per student

Raises the funding multiplier for mid-sized K-12 districts (fewer than 5,000 students) from 0.000025 to 0.000034 in their allotment calculation formula

Increases the funding multiplier for small rural districts (fewer than 300 students that are the only district in their county) from 0.00047 to 0.00054

Excludes non-resident students enrolled in full-time virtual programs from the average daily attendance count used to calculate small and mid-sized district allotments

Takes effect September 1, 2025
