Digital signatures provided according to Secretary of State rules satisfy the legal signature requirement, and electronic applications are treated the same as mail-in applications

Secretary of State must adopt rules for security measures, including requiring the website to display voter registration fraud offense information and using the state electronic portal to authenticate applicant identity and address
