Removes 4 Capitol view corridors from the protected list: the South-Bound Lanes of the Upper Deck of Interstate Highway 35 Between Concordia College and the Martin Luther King Boulevard Overpass Corridor, the Robert Mueller Airport Corridor, the Martin Luther King Boulevard at IH-35 Corridor, and the Oakwood Cemetery Corridor

Raises the maximum height limit for Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium from 666 feet to 670 feet above sea level, while exempting the north end of the stadium from this height restriction entirely

Renumbers the remaining 26 Capitol view corridors (down from the original 30) following the deletions

Passed the House on April 23, 2025 (128-16 vote) and the Senate on May 25, 2025 (30-1 vote), with an effective date of September 1, 2025
