Prohibits the sale, distribution, and application of three herbicides in Texas: chloropropham, glyphosate (the active ingredient in Roundup), and dicamba

Bans the sale of food and beverages containing 15 substances including aspartame, artificial flavoring, color additives, MSG, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite, BHA, BHT, partially hydrogenated oils, and sodium benzoate

Establishes civil penalties of up to $500 per violation for selling prohibited food or beverage items, with each item sold counting as a separate violation

Authorizes the attorney general to file suit in district court to recover civil penalties, plus reasonable expenses including investigative costs, court costs, and attorney's fees

Takes effect September 1, 2025
