Amends Texas Family Code Section 153.316 to address child custody exchanges when a child is not physically attending school, such as during remote learning or homeschooling situations

Establishes alternative exchange locations when school pickup/dropoff is not possible: the managing conservator's residence (for beginning possession), the possessory conservator's residence (for ending possession), a mutually agreed location, or a location chosen by a party protected by a court order

Adds protections for parties who have court orders preventing disclosure of their address to the other parent, allowing them to determine the exchange location

Requires the conservator in possession to immediately notify the other conservator (but removes requirement to notify the school) when a child will not be returned to school as scheduled

Applies only to court orders rendered on or after September 1, 2025; existing orders remain governed by prior law
